A Valid Driver's License and Comfort on the Road
Every day on the job means travel between sites, so a clean driver's license is required. You should also ideally feel confident driving a truck and trailer, since most days start and end with a haul. Additionally, a CDL is a plus, but not a requirement.
Experience Running Equipment
Comfortably running a mini excavator or skid steer is a strong plus for our crew. If you've worked with similar equipment before, tell us about it in your application.
A Real Job
What a Typical Workday Looks Like
Our crews work in small teams, usually two to three people per truck. Each morning starts at the shop, where the crew loads up and heads out on a set route for the day. That route can include several job sites before the day is done.
By the end of the day, the crew heads back to the shop to unload and prep for the next morning. It's reliable and routine, hands-on work with the same small group of people, day after day.

Pay is based on skill, so the more experience and ability you bring, the more it reflects in your paycheck. Our crews are based out of our shop in Independence, Ohio, and work routes across Greater Cleveland. We value crew members who put in real effort and want that reflected on how we pay them.
